At all times, our team has two dedicated Transaction Coordinators supporting our agents. These coordinators handle communication, follow-ups, and all back-end administrative tasks, ensuring our agents can focus entirely on their clients. By managing the details behind the scenes, our coordinators allow agents to spend more time working in the field, nurturing client relationships, and generating new buying and selling leads.
In addition, our team benefits from a Director of Marketing who oversees all marketing efforts. This includes agent branding, social media management, marketing presentations for investors, email campaigns, and targeted marketing strategies. Her primary goal is to help our agents get listings sold quickly and efficiently, providing the support needed to attract buyers and achieve optimal results.
With this structure, our agents have the freedom and resources to deliver exceptional service, close transactions seamlessly, and grow their business while clients enjoy a smooth and stress-free real estate experience.
